Reds not good enough and lose....               ...again

Non-existent Norwich blitzed by Reds

Millwall might feel they had the last laugh though, when Harris scored a dream goal to give Millwall a hard earned point. For Forest, today was all about reaching the playoffs and there can't be many complaints about the result. Ipswich lost 5-1 to Wimbledon and the job was done. This should go down as a great day in the history of Nottingham Forest, over recent years things haven't exactly gone as planned but with one of the best managers the clubs ever had and some great young talent the future looks bright for the Red and White army. MOTM: Eugen Bopp.

Andy Reid this season as we know has been outstanding, he has just scooped up Umbro’s Division 1 player of the year, and on the very same day he earned his first ever call up to the full Irish squad, I would like to show a little appreciation to Andy Reid this season, by taking a look back at the 9 goals up to now he has scored. Wed 27th August - Andy Reid nets 2 goals 1 either side of half time, his 2nd was a beautiful 25 yard with his left foot. Sat 13th September- Andy Reid scored a neat goal, as the reds saw David Johnson stretched off, since then Reidy has filled in for the Jamaican.

Sat 16th September- Only 4 days after scoring against Sheffield United he grabbed 1 in the 3-0 away victory at turf moor. Sat 17th September- Scored against Derby as we all remember, his 1st half chip saw the reds come from 1-0 down to draw 1-1. Sat 18th October- Reid went 3 full matches without a goal, but he then scored in the 6-0 thrashing of bottom placed Wimbledon. Tue 4th November- Reid scores Forest’s 1st goal of November in the 4-1 thrashing by Walsall, Reid had pulled a goal back on the stroke of half time to give Forest a lift, but it didn’t work and the reds were bitterly disappointed after this result.
